Evolve BioRx provides information and access to a third-party telehealth platform. Evolve BioRx is not a medical practice and does not itself provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, prescriptions, or pharmacy services. Clinical services, if available, are provided by independently licensed health care professionals through the applicable telehealth platform.

2. No medical advice or emergency care

Content made available through the Services is for general informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice. Do not delay seeking care because of information on this website. The Services are not for medical emergencies. If you believe you are experiencing an emergency, call 911 or seek immediate in-person care.

3. Eligibility and clinical decisions

You must provide complete and accurate information and use the Services only where permitted by law. Availability, eligibility, clinician participation, treatment options, prescriptions, and pharmacy fulfillment may vary by location and individual circumstances. All clinical decisions are made solely by the treating licensed provider after an appropriate assessment. No result, prescription, or treatment is guaranteed.

5. Payments and subscriptions

If a checkout flow presents a fee, subscription, pre-authorization, renewal, cancellation deadline, or refund policy, the disclosures shown in that flow control for that transaction. You are responsible for reviewing the price, cadence, and cancellation terms before submitting payment information.
